The Design of the Project
Located in Concord Massachusetts, and surrounded by conservation land maintained by Concord National Forest, great care has been taken to preserve the natural beauty-and privacy-created by these exquisite surroundings. The horizontal layout of the home is designed to work with Landscape. The homes impeccable landscaping has left forest groves, wild flower meadows and river wetlands virtually intact, allowing the property to abound with protected species of bird and plant life.
Additional Project Features
The 22,000 SQ.FT home is comprised of five wings, linked together by "bridges" and arranged around a lovely courtyard garden. The light and airy home was designed to integrate the interior with the exterior: Huge glass window walls allow sunlight to fill the rooms while affording spectcular views of the woods, medaows and Fairhaven Bay beyond. All exterior rooms command breathtaking views of Fairhaven Bay.
